TERMS OF SERVICE.
The service
BAJNOK (bajnok.io) is operated by BAJNOK TRANSPORT MANAGEMENT LTD, company number 13968308, registered at 4 Goldsmith Way, Stanton, Bury St. Edmunds, England, IP31 2FD. We are an independent car-finding and vehicle sourcing service: we search the market on your behalf, filter unsuitable options and present curated shortlists. The final purchase decision — and the purchase contract — is always between you and the seller.
What we are not
We are not a dealership, marketplace, classifieds platform or repair business. We do not sell vehicles, we do not hold inventory, and we do not guarantee the condition, availability or final price of any vehicle we shortlist.
Accounts and credits
Accounts are created at checkout when you purchase credits. One credit costs €0.10 (or the equivalent in USD, GBP or PLN at the current exchange rate), with a minimum first purchase of 50 credits. There are no subscriptions, trials or recurring charges. Credits are attached to your account and spent on services at the prices published on the pricing page.
Orders and payment
An order is placed at checkout and becomes payable immediately. For bank transfer, our bank details are sent to your email after the order is placed; credits are activated when the transfer arrives. Card, PayPal and Stripe payments will be introduced as additional methods.
Refunds
Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of payment. Credits spent on a delivered search are not refundable. Full details are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Recommendations, not guarantees
Our shortlists and assessments are professional opinions based on the information available at the time of the search. They are not guarantees of vehicle quality, history or savings. We recommend an independent inspection before any purchase.
Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service lawfully and fairly. Our Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms.
Liability
We are liable for the proper performance of the search services you purchase. We are not liable for the actions of sellers, for vehicles' hidden defects, or for losses arising from a purchase decision — that decision is always yours.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
