The purpose of the service
BAJNOK is a personal car-finding and vehicle sourcing service for people who intend to buy a car. Use it for genuine searches and honest requirements — that's how we keep the service fast and useful for everyone.
Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate requirements and contact details. Deliberately false requests, impersonation of another person or use of someone else's payment details are prohibited.
No abuse
You must not use the service to scrape, harvest or resell listing data; to run searches on behalf of third parties as a commercial service without our written agreement; or to submit automated, bulk or spam requests.
No unlawful activity
The service must not be used for anything illegal, including attempts to source stolen vehicles, evade sanctions or taxes, or misrepresent a buyer's identity to sellers.
Respectful communication
We communicate directly and personally. Abusive, threatening or fraudulent communication with our team or with sellers we contact on your behalf ends the service relationship.
Our right to refuse service
If these rules are breached we may suspend or close an account. Unused credits are refunded in line with our Refund Policy; credits connected to abuse are not.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service evolves. The current version is always published on this page.
