Who we are

We are an independent car-finding and vehicle sourcing service and, for the purposes of data protection law, the controller of the personal data you provide through this website. What we collect
Account data (name, email, password — stored only in hashed form on a live backend), order data (credits purchased, amounts, currency, payment method), search requirements (budget, vehicle preferences, location, intended use) and communications you send us. When you ask us to review a listing, we also store the listing URL and your notes about it.
How we use your data
We use your data to create and secure your account, process credit orders, perform your car searches, communicate results and shortlists, meet legal and accounting obligations, and — with your consent — understand how the website is used.
Payment data
For bank transfers we see only the payment reference and amount in our bank statement. We never see or store your full bank account or card details.
What we never do
We never sell your personal data, never share your requirements with dealers or sellers without your knowledge, and never use your search profile for advertising.
Storage and retention
Account and order data is kept while your account is active and for the period required by tax and accounting law afterwards. Search requests are kept for the duration of the search and up to 24 months after, so we can answer follow-up questions.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data at any time, and you can withdraw cookie consent via your browser settings. Contact us via the details on the contact page — we answer every request.
Security
We apply encryption in transit, strict access control and data minimisation. Access to customer data is limited to the people performing your search.
