REFUND POLICY.
Credits, not subscriptions
BAJNOK works on prepaid credits. There are no subscriptions, no trials and no recurring charges — you only ever pay for the credits you order.
Unpaid orders
If you placed an order but have not paid yet, you can simply ignore it — no payment means no obligation. An unpaid order can be cancelled at any time by contacting us.
14-day withdrawal for unused credits
You can withdraw from a credit purchase within 14 days of payment for a full refund, provided none of the credits have been spent on a search. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of confirmation.
Spent credits
Credits that have been spent on a delivered service — a search, comparison or sourcing assignment — are not refundable, because the work has been performed. If a search is still in progress when you ask to cancel, we refund the unused portion of the credits allocated to it.
If we can't find a suitable car
If the market genuinely offers no vehicle matching your criteria, we tell you honestly and refund the unused credits allocated to that search. We never charge you for a search we could not meaningfully perform.
How to request a refund
Email us from the address linked to your account with your order details. We confirm every request and process approved refunds within 10 business days.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable EU or local law.
